About Texas Coastal Energy

Texas Carbon Energy (TCE) was established in December 2024 as a Texas-based limited liability and has recently transitioned to a C Corporation in June 2025. Our mission is to acquire and develop legacy oil fields. Capital raised is directed toward production, storage, processing, and distribution of crude oil, natural gas, and refined products across Texas and neighboring energy-producing states.

Our Mission

To be the leading responsible oil production company in the Texas coastal region, delivering strong returns to stakeholders through operational excellence, risk management, and meaningful community engagement.

We combine decades of industry expertise with advanced technology to maximize resource recovery while minimizing risk and creating lasting value for investors, employees, and the communities we serve.

Our Vision

At Texas Coastal Energy, we envision a smarter, more resilient energy future—one built on revitalizing proven oil and gas assets across the Texas Gulf Coast through responsible development, operational efficiency, modern technology and environmental stewardship. We are driven by a belief that legacy energy fields, when approached with modern strategies and technologies, can continue to serve America’s energy needs while generating new economic opportunities.

As we grow, we are actively pursuing opportunities to scale our operations and broaden our footprint. Our long-term roadmap includes the potential for a public listing, such as an IPO or uplisting, which would further support our mission to increase transparency, attract investment, and expand our impact. While timelines and outcomes depend on market and regulatory conditions, our focus remains on building a company positioned for sustainable success—creating value for our stakeholders every step of the way.
